Do your products come with instructions?
Yes, I send detailed, easy to read instructions for all of my products. You are also welcome to contact me if you have any additional questions.
Do you take custom orders?
Yes, just get in touch with me here through my website or on Instagram and I would love to create a custom order for you. I offer custom spell jars, incense blends, besoms, oils, altar kits and more.
Do you offer personal spell-casting or ritual work?
At this time I am not accepting requests for personal spell-casting or rituals other than the custom spell creations I offer here in my shop. You are always welcome to get in touch with me if you would like any custom item created with a personalized spell.
How long is your order processing time?
This can vary depending on your order. Most of my products are processed and ready to ship within 5-7 business days. Orders that have products that are made to order and depending on the size of your order, the processing time is closer to 7 business days. If I ever see a delay in your processing time, I will always reach out to keep you aware.
